"The purchase has successfully arrived in time. Thank you! Unfortunately both shoes are of inferior quality. Left shoe has apparent leather irregularities topside in the toe area and the sole of the right shoe shows a cut as if cut by a Stanley knive. Your reputation seemed very good to me, therefore I would have expected impeccable ware."
"Hello, This was my first order with your company. I paid for it immediately and looked forward to receiving it. I was therefore extremely disappointed that my order never arrived because the delivery driver allegedly could not find my address. I simply cannot understand this. I provided every possible detail for the delivery address. It is a shopping center where hundreds of parcels from DHL, Hermes, GLS, and other courier services are delivered every day. The address is well known and should be very easy to find. I am extremely upset and disappointed. Not only did I not receive my order, which I had already paid for, but now I also have to wait a long time to get my money back, even though this was not my fault.
